Submit a Completed Texas Common application:

Include the $25.00 non-refundable required fee. An additional $15.00 non-refundable late application fee is required after the deadline.

Submit a certified high school transcript for all previous work showing completion, or GED certificate showing that the equivalent of a diploma has been earned.

Submit a Student Readiness Survey Form completed by your high school principal or counselor

Provide a copy of the Social Security card

Submit a SAT or ACT score report.
